Martina Goslin

I have been a psychologist for over 18 years.  I have worked in various mental health settings in private and government organisations.  I began my career working in child community health supporting parents and I spent some time working in the corporate environment.  Some of my most rewarding and enriching learning experiences came from my time working in a private Brisbane psychiatric hospital.  After some years of gaining a broader range of experience, I realised my passion was working with individual people in private practice.  I have a special interest working with women during pregnancy and motherhood, as well as supporting people with adjustments to major life changes and day to day challenges.

I have training in various therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.  However, I tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs.  Working together with you to make sense of what will be useful, whether it is gaining more understanding of what is important to you, exploring your experiences, a decision to make, increasing clarity about an issue, or learning a new skill.  I incorporate and focus on your strengths and current skills.

I care about your well-being and will listen to your needs in a compassionate and supportive manner within a confidential and comfortable environment.
